Financial Institutions Recovery Ordinance 2001:
Section 18
No financial Institution shall obtain the signatures of a customer on banking document which contains blank in respect of important particulars including date, amount, property or the period of time in question.
Finance agreements executed by or on behalf of a financial institutions and a customer shall be duly attested in a manner laid down in Section 17 of Qanoon e Shahdat Order 1984.
